In this post, I am going to walk you through making a super delicious green pineapple smoothie.

I am obsessed with smoothies! I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast. I make smoothies at work for our athletes and I preach about the wonderfulness of smoothies pretty much every day.

I have found that adding avocado to a smoothie is like the ultimate YES! It makes the smoothie super creamy and delightful but doesn’t alter the flavor. Plus, avocado + spinach gives the smoothie an awesome bright green color (the photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful).

Super Delicious Green Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 1 large handful Spinach
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)
  • 4 oz. Milk or Milk alternative
 
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend. Serve cold.
 

Easy peasy and delicious! Enjoy!

Fun tip: You can buy frozen, diced avocados, which are perfect for keeping in the freezer for adding to smoothies since fresh avocados can go bad quickly.
