Nutrition Coaching for Women’s Wellness

Helping YOU find freedom from diet rules and restriction

Are you tired of dieting and obsessing over food?

Do you feel overwhelmed and confused about what is right for YOU and YOUR body?

Are you stuck in a cycle of restricting, bingeing, and dieting?

Are you unsure what to believe about food and nutrition?

Are you experiencing disordered eating or exercise behaviors such as restriction, bingeing, or compulsive exercise?

Is your menstrual cycle irregular or nonexistent?

If so, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!

In our work together, I will help you to:

  • Release the judgment, guilt and shame around food and body image
  • Stop constantly thinking about food so you have time for more important things
  • Let go of rigid dieting rules so that you can enjoy eating and feel satisfied rather than deprived and restricted
  • Challenge distorted thoughts and actions so you can enjoy your favorite foods without guilt
  • Grow your self-care toolbox so you can decrease emotional and stress eating
  • Learn how to adequately nourish your body

This is right for YOU if:

  • You are tired of dieting and short-term fixes
  • You are willing to trust the process
  • You are motivated and committed to making a change
  • You are willing to focus on your mindset and health first, not just your body weight goals

Client Reviews

My favorite part has been the confidence I gained and the better mindset I have developed around food. Also, breaking down some myths about "bad" food was very helpful.

With Jill's help I was able to accomplish many nutrition goals and have more to work on in the future. The small changes she recommended in each session were able to add up to big results. I know that if I need further support in the future she will help in any way she can.

Jill is a wonderful resource for eating healthy & meeting your food goals! She not only taught me a lot about a balanced meal, but also made me have realistic goals that are sometimes hard to have, especially when constantly bombarded on social media with food influencers.

What working with an anti-diet dietitian actually looks like

As a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian, I typically ask a lot of questions, offer support & encouragement, provide FACTS around nutrition, dieting, & intentional weight loss & SO MUCH MORE! One way to think about it is therapy focused on food, nutrition, and body.

There are SO MANY reasons why we choose the foods we do, behave the way we do & engage in certain behaviors & not others. That’s a LOT to unpack & cannot be done in a single session. It’s important to develop a good rapport with your dietitian & that you are a good fit for one another, as you would a therapist.

You do NOT need a clinical eating disorder diagnosis to seek help!

When to seek help:

  • You feel distressed
  • Thoughts/behaviors around food are interfering with your life
  • You feel “addicted” or “out of control” around food
  • Noticeable fluctuations in weight
  • Menstrual irregularities
  • You want to!
